My expertise in Network and Application Performance Management is about delivering results for our customers, and because ultimately SLOs should center on improving the customer experience I recognize that this contributes to the long term success of any enterprise. I use a well-architected approach to the connections between distinct software systems or services. I perform operations with code, and when sharing these with my peers I see this is a key way to improve consistency, and best practices. I administer Netscout nGeniusONE dashboards for comprehensive analysis of specific application transactions, and to identify the root cause of performance issues.

I provide guidance to the organization and best practices for the development, implementation, installation, and operation of the network engineering architecture. This can involve anticipating failure, and pro-actively communicating project risks to the stakeholders. I write technical documentation with simplicity, and for clear knowledge transfer I will annotate documents to highlight important concepts for stakeholders. I administer Netscout, Riverbed, and Cisco products to provide agreed service levels to the organization. I use ETL and big-data analysis for solving root cause questions with the R language, where in some cases, only an analysis can uncover performance deviations across such large datasets.
