Cisco IOS Dial Technologies Configuration Guide, Release 12.2
One of things I'm working on lately is better ISDN backup of remote sites. Many have ISDN lines. But the way they were configured was not optimal. This Cisco guide is very very good, including links to scenarios you would consider.
