Spam or Phishing from Your Publishers Clearing House Order Confirmation

I got an email with this subject: Your Publishers Clearing House Order Confirmation
it mentions three magazines I would never subscribe to... I tracked down the 800 number for
Publisher's Clearing House 800 Customer service.
800-645-9242


They were able to check if I had account... which I did not and give me an address to forward the emails to.
