Headless Debian Dual Boot

I'm looking for info on which packages to remove to have a headless debian setup, it was configured for X Windows with KDE at one point, and I'm trying to back this out completely so it only will need administered remotely.

How to set up a headless dual boot Debian/Windows system

This document assumes a dual hard disk workstation with Windows to be installed on the first IDE drive (master) and Debian on the slave. I am always interested in hearing your questions and comments.
