TimeTrax Sucks For A Sirius Satellite Receiver

Their software appears to be a VisualBasic Kludge, they have a complicated authentication process, which involves three software keys.

After purchasing their Sirius Connect JVC unit, I have been unable to receive more than the Weather channel.
I have not been happy with their customer service, and as of right now the front page of the website only links to the software downloads. They used to have some support pages, which are still deep linkable but the help subdomain is gone.

I have had Sirius resend the authorization for this radio on numerous occasions and it still fails to activate. Whether this is hardware, software or what is unknown.

Stay away from TimeTrax, their customer service is poor.

I still have and am happy with my Sirius One Receiver:

Stay tuned for internal photos of the SIRIUS Connect unit...
