* Ability to use edit configuration files on the *nix command ine
* Three machines, one with two network cards
* A Debian Netinstall CD or your favorite *nix distribution
* If you are not using linux, the IP Virtual Server portion will have to be replaced by your distribution’s equivalent.

Pragmatic Programmers are thinking about releasing their Rails book online as soon as next week (http://blogs.pragprog.com/cgi-bin/pragdave.cgi/Random/RailsRelease.rdoc). Well needed if they do!
