errors both lights ipod shuffle stops playing
Apple - iPod shuffle
So on Saturday I was listening to my iPod shuffle and it started stopping midsong. and when I hit play it would start flashing the two lights alternately. I thought maybe it was the track I was on, but hitting play three times to reset to the beginning of the playlist it was still doing it. I thought I'd try upgrading the firmware and had downloaded the iPod Updater package. I was already at the 1.1 release so I reset all settings to factory default and wiped the unit. After a resync everything seems OK. Here's crossing my fingers!
To reset an iPod shuffle:
- Disconnect the iPod shuffle from the computer
- Move the switch on the back of iPod shuffle to the off position (so the green stripe by the switch is not visible)
- Wait 5 seconds
- Move the switch on the back to the play in order or the shuffle position (the green stripe will be visible in either position)

music wont go on my ipod shuffle i have to reset but i dont no how
Worse things happen to me, my shuffle 1gb doesn't appear in my Ibook desktop and iTunes. I can't reset it, I can't update it. Very frustating.
I've noticed that unplugging the headset and replugging it in and hitting play seems to reset the shuffle. If you're having playback problems with the shuffle, try this first!
i hav a error message as well. tired resetting it but still nothin. can any1 help me. now it wont charge, no lights come up when i plugged it in 2 the computer

Right well, i have a shuffle and my dad has the computer at his house so i cannot charge it at my house and the error is happning so what do i do i have tried reseting it but it won't work anyone please help me?
