hugin - Panorama Tools GUI
Nice resource with tools for creating digital photo panoramas. I think I'll try this with My Canon EOS 20d...

An easy to use cross-platform GUI for Panorama Tools.
With hugin you can assemble a mosiac of photographs into a complete immersive panorama, stitch any series of overlapping pictures and much more.

The tutorial covers the simplest usage of Hugin, just taking two handheld photographs and sticking them together into a single image.

The Java viewer "PTViewer" is the simplest solution, since no additional download is required, and it provides high image image quality at the same time. All that is needed is a Java-enabled browser. Some panoramas are provided in the format for LivePicture's Java viewer. Faster display is achieved with plug-in based viewers, but these require download and installation of a plug-in, which may be quite large. Also, plug-ins don't run on all platforms.
