Interesting site about RFID and suport technology.

Hardware for automatic identification technologies (AIT), such as, radio frequency identification (RFID), is currently available from vendors in considerable variety (of tags and readers) due to different [1] frequency [2] emitted radiated power [3] standards compliance and [4] immediate data handling and data transfer after initial acquisition. The latter is a segue from hardware issues to software questions and is the crucial link that enables use of data to improve processes or systems (business software, legacy system, decision support, analytical tools), for example, inventory and spare parts optimization.
