Dell to release complete PC orders to Taiwanese companies
Well if "no touch" means higher quality I'm all for it. Now how about some better pricing Michael?

Dell used to release bare bone PC orders to suppliers, and have them assembled at facilities internationally, for the machines sold on a build-to-order basis. However, just like many other popular computer brands such as HP, Acer and Gateway, Dell will be trying to cut costs by placing complete machine orders with their contract suppliers. They hope to slowly phase out their own assembly lines – in something known as "no touch" strategy – which should increase Dell's sales efficiency.
