Sad News BlogShares - Closed Down
Something like BlogShares should have been a candidate for Google AdWords. I'm surpirsed it was not profitable to pursue it. In that light, perhaps he would be interested in licensing the data and backend to someone who wished to pursue that angle.

I am sorry to announce that BlogShares will not be reopening after the current technical difficulties are resolved. Currently, the database server is dead and looks to be for the next few days.

yes, it is indeed sad. I've considered contacting him to ask him if there would be possibilities for licensing or something like that. Unfortunately, I currently do not have the resources to actually do that.
