KRegExpEditor ported to win32 KDE regular expressions widget

I read on web-rat.com about a Visual Regular Expression Editor that has been ported to win32 platforms.

The other day Michael Dinowitz of House of Fusion blasted an email to the devmx mailing list. It was a topic that I had been researching off and on. A visual regular expression editor. He found a developer who developed it for KDE, but nothing for windows.
