GForge3:Welcome
Hurray for open source and more specifically Free Software under the GPL!

GForge 3.0 is a near-total rewrite of SourceForge 2.61, which was never officially released by VA GNU/Linux before they shut their CVS tree. Main features of 3.0:

-Near 100% Localization. Virtually all strings and messages can be
customized for any language
-Near 100% Rewrite. Most code has been refactored to lay the
groundwork for future enhancements. Installation and structure has
been radically simplified to support installations with fewer than
10,000 users.
-Near 100% XHTML 1.0 Compliance.
