As I expected the Sharp C700 will be imported to the U.S. Availability is limited, if you're interested check it out.

The Sharp Zaurus SL-C700 is currently slated for release only in Japan, but is available worldwide from Dynamism. Each Sharp Zaurus SL-C700 purchased through Dynamism includes an English-language OS and 1-year warranty. We expect delivery in mid-December, and initial quantities are limited. If you can wait until January the official import from Sharp of the Zaurus C700 will be unveiled at the consumer electronics show. The price is mentioned at $500 for the Sharp import, I saw a comment the Dynamism import will be higher.
