ROLM EMML HICom 300E: fixing static on Interalia Paging Adapter on Siemens Units

If you are having trouble with the paging system, it is interfaced via an Analog Board.
You will need to bring the analog board down. This is different than deactivating the individual ports on the board. So the two commands you'll need are DEADBSSU and ACTBSSU

Make sure you have the correct LTG, LTU and SLOT!
