Error When Installing RSView32

"HandleLegacyRSCommon" or HandleLegacyRSCommon will pop up as an error

Also may mention "internal error 2735"

Try disabling your antivirus software, or reinstall the MSI package:

First, check if any components are left by running the MSI cleaner...
OFF2000: Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
If that doesn't solve the install, try installing the MSI package again:
Windows Installer Redistributable for Windows NT 4.0 and 2000
